IMAGING (Class 10 – 15)

We started to work on the brochure we had to make for Sustainability Systems. My group and I discussed and tried out several layouts for the brochure and finally decided on one:

The blank spaces are left for pictures.

After we had chosen the layout that we liked the most, we went ahead with the infographics, we altered the ones we had already made according to our layout:

infographic-5

We also decided to include some of the graphs that we got from the surveys that we had conducted for our Sustainability Systems project.

We made the brochure, got some suggestions from Jai Sir and then got a test print in two colours as background, i.e., yellow and blue:

We realised that the blue colour as the background worked better for our brochure. Also, from the test print, we noted down some mistakes that we had to improve like reducing the font size, using coloured pictures instead of the black and white ones and changing the colours of the infographics and the graphs.

We then made some changes that we felt were required. Below is the picture of the second test print that we got.

After getting the test print, we realised that we still needed some minor changes. We discussed it with Jai Sir, made the required minor changes and got it approved from him. Following is our final brochure:

TIME (8th Week Review)

Today was our 8th Week Review.

We one by one came forward and presented our work including the process and the final movie. We explained the idea and thought behind. Ma’am liked my movie and also selected it for Studio Day.

HISTORY (8th Week Review)

Today was our 8th Week Review. We had the debate today. During the debate, I being in the Oracle felt a sense of superiority. The debate was a lot of fun, the twists, and turns, Persia’s sudden entry, the grilling done by each state was all a lot of fun. Athens had a flourishing win.

lastly, we submitted our Timeline.

SUSTAINABILITY SYSTEMS (8th Week Review)

Today was our 8th-week Review. My group and I printed all our infographics, made a presentation and a Report on our topic Dairy Industry. We then presented our work to Sir. Here are a few screenshots from our presentation:

We were then briefed about our next project. We were told to take our topic ahead, find NGOs, Schools or Institutions as platforms to spread awareness.  We were told to come with an institution’s name in the next class and create a module or a curriculum for our audience or students that we’ll be teaching.

IMAGING II (8th Week Review)

Today was our 8th-week review. We presented our process layouts and final Seminar booklet to Jai Si and our fellow classmates.

For my booklet, I tried a couple of papers and finally went ahead with textured paper.

After the review, sir briefed us about our next project. We were told that we’ll have to create a brochure based on our Sustainability Systems project with our respective groups.

INTEGRATIVE SEMINAR & STUDIO II (Class – 07)

SEMINAR

Today being the class before the 8th-week review, I showed ma’am my final booklet and chapters. Did some last minute changes according to ma’am’s suggestions.

I also made my word art.

STUDIO

I finalized my tunnel box and got it approved.

OBJECTS AS HISTORY (Class – 06)

In today’s class, we studied about Alexander the great and his conquests to rule the whole world.

Alexander was a great warrior and won every single war he fought. He was the king of the ancient Greek kingdom, Macedon. Alexander inspired such loyalty in his men they’d follow him anywhere and, if necessary, die in the process. Though Alexander the Great died before realizing his dream of uniting a new realm, his influence on Greek and Asian culture was so profound

The class turned out fun and pretty insightful.

IMAGING (Class – 07)

Today is the last class before the 8th-week review, we were showing sir our processing work and making last minute changes.

Sir told us the kind of pages we could use and all of that jazz. I finished the cover page of my booklet.
